Click any cell to fix it. Rows highlighted in amber don't add up with the running balance; hover for details.
🔒 Never uploaded
Your statement is read by your own browser. Account numbers and transactions never leave your computer.
✅ Balance-checked
Each row is reconciled against the running balance, so a missed or misread transaction gets flagged instead of slipping into your books.
💸 $9, not $29+
DocuClipper starts at $29/month for 60 pages a month. Pro here is $9/month with no page cap, because your computer does the work.
Questions
Is my bank statement uploaded?
No. The PDF is opened and read inside your browser with pdf.js. Your transactions never reach our servers or anyone else's. Check your browser's Network tab while converting.
Which banks does it work with?
Any statement that is a real (text) PDF with a transaction table: date, description, and either one amount column or separate debit and credit columns, with or without a running balance. That covers most US and Canadian banks and credit cards. Scanned statements need OCR, which is in Pro.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Every row is checked against the statement's running balance (opening balance + credits − debits). Rows that don't add up are highlighted so you can fix them in the grid before exporting.
Is it free?
Yes: 10 pages a day with CSV export, no sign-up. Pro ($9/month) is unlimited and adds Excel, QuickBooks (QBO), OFX and OCR for scanned statements.
